Come along into the woods as Larry’s student or companion on a photo excursion package for individuals or groups. Spend one or more days with Larry as he guides you to some of the best locations for Ontario images. Many of these locations are where he has captured the images on this Website.

    For individual and small-group excursions (up to three people) rates are $300 per day per person, with clients providing their own equipment and meals, and Larry providing transportation for the excursion and the key one-on-one attention afforded through small groups. During these trips, you, the client, are the focus, and we will work hard to ensure you get the images you want. For larger groups a transportation  surcharge of renting a van will be divided by the number of people in the group. Camera clubs in particular find this an attractive option.

    Group rates for   excursions are capped at $1500 for more than 5 people.  Couples booking small-group excursions receive a couples rate  of $550.

    The year is 365 days long, and the beauty of the landscape around Ontario has neither beginning nor end, so these excursions are not limited by the season. Larry has spent many days shooting from snowshoes in temperatures to -35º. Winter shoots offer fewer options, generally, and require a stiffer constitution, but contain a beauty all their own. Key seasons include orchids and other wildflowers in early June, butterflies on wildflowers later in the summer, vivid autumn color starting in September and running through early October, and virgin snowscapes all winter long.

    Whether you are a photo novice who wants lessons in photography or an experienced photographer who needs access to good locations, we will accommodate your needs.

    Photo excursions make great gifts, and many of our clients have purchased excursions for their friends and family. So we offer gift cards you can purchase and put in your loved one’s Christmas stocking or give as a birthday present.

    We will also make recommendations for lodging and dining, and will provide services for digital photographers who do not have laptops or other portable devices to back up their work. After the day's shoot, leave your memory cards with us and we'll download them and make CD backups and return the materials the next morning.
